These terms apply to your use of favicon icon API and related services. Registering, signing in, or calling the API indicates acceptance of these terms.

1. Service Description

• Service capacity is provided by plan, including quota limits, rate limits, and security policies.
• We may adjust policies based on system capacity and security risks, effective via backend settings.

2. Account and Security

• You must securely manage your account, password, and API keys; resale or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
• If leakage, abuse, or abnormal calls are detected, immediately reset password and disable affected keys.

3. Billing and Subscription

• Paid plans are processed via payment channels (such as PayPal); order and subscription states follow system records.
• After subscription expiry, plans revert per default policy. See console details for rules.

4. Data Rights

• You can submit data export and account deletion requests in Account Data Center .
• Deletion is irreversible; export required data before proceeding.

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" without liability for indirect losses.
• Interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party networks, or dependent services are not treated as breach.
